Sostener 3-5 segundos y alternar. Activa los <strong>m\u00fasculos mult\u00edfidos profundos<\/strong> de la columna \u2014los estabilizadores m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"step-row\">\n        <div class=\"step-num\">3<\/div>\n        <div class=\"step-body\">\n          <strong>Puente de gl\u00fateos (glute bridge)<\/strong>\n          <p>Acostado boca arriba, rodillas dobladas, pies en el suelo. Elevar la pelvis hasta que el cuerpo forme una l\u00ednea recta desde los hombros hasta las rodillas, contraer los gl\u00fateos en la cima y mantener 3 segundos. Bajar simult\u00e1neamente el brazo derecho hacia atr\u00e1s y la pierna izquierda hacia adelante, manteniendo la zona lumbar pegada al suelo. Volver y alternar.
