Aplana la curva lumbar y reduce la presi\u00f3n sobre los discos. \u00datil para espondilosis y dolor lumbar difuso.<\/div>\n      <\/li>\n      <li class=\"urgency-item red\">\n        <span class=\"urgency-icon\">\ud83d\udeab<\/span>\n        <div><strong>Postura a evitar: boca abajo<\/strong>Obliga a la columna lumbar a una hiperextensi\u00f3n mantenida y fuerza al cuello a girar durante horas. Es la posici\u00f3n que m\u00e1s carga genera en ambas regiones. Si tienes hernia lumbar o cervical y duermes boca abajo, probablemente eso explica por qu\u00e9 amaneces con m\u00e1s dolor.<\/div>\n      <\/li>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h3>\u00bfImporta el colch\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n    <p>S\u00ed. Un colch\u00f3n demasiado blando hunde la cadera y crea una curvatura lateral de la columna que se mantiene toda la noche. Uno demasiado duro genera puntos de presi\u00f3n.
