Los m\u00fasculos se debilitan, los discos se nutren menos \u2014el disco intervertebral se alimenta por difusi\u00f3n con el movimiento\u2014 y el dolor se cronifica.<\/p>\n    <p>Lo que importa es saber cu\u00e1les ejercicios agravan la hernia y cu\u00e1les la benefician. Esa diferencia puede determinar si te recuperas o si tu condici\u00f3n empeora.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"alert alert-yellow\">\n      <strong>\ud83d\udccc Regla de oro para ejercicio con hernia de disco<\/strong>\n      Si un ejercicio genera dolor irradiado hacia la pierna durante o despu\u00e9s de realizarlo, detente y consulta a tu especialista.
