Entiendo la urgencia detr\u00e1s de esa pregunta. Vivir con dolor de hombro afecta todo: el trabajo, el sue\u00f1o, las actividades que disfrutas y el estado de \u00e1nimo. Quieres saber cu\u00e1ndo va a terminar.<\/p>\n    <p>La respuesta honesta es: depende del diagn\u00f3stico. El hombro no es un \u00f3rgano simple, y sus tiempos de recuperaci\u00f3n var\u00edan enormemente seg\u00fan el tipo de lesi\u00f3n, su magnitud, el tratamiento recibido y las caracter\u00edsticas del paciente. Lo que s\u00ed es cierto para la mayor\u00eda de los casos es que el tratamiento oportuno y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n activa son dos de los factores que m\u00e1s aceleran la recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <p>En t\u00e9rminos generales: una bursitis o tendinitis aguda sin complicaciones puede mejorar en 2 a 6 semanas con tratamiento adecuado. Una ruptura parcial del manguito tratada de forma conservadora puede tardar 3 a 6 meses. Una ruptura total reparada artrosc\u00f3picamente requiere entre 4 y 6 meses para actividades cotidianas y hasta 9 a 12 meses para retornar al deporte de alto rendimiento. El hombro congelado es el que m\u00e1s tiempo demanda: incluso con tratamiento, puede tardar entre 12 y 24 meses para una recuperaci\u00f3n completa.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"callout\">\n      <div class=\"callout-icon\">\ud83d\udca1<\/div>\n      <p><strong>Clave pr\u00e1ctica:<\/strong> El descanso total prolongado rara vez \u00abcura\u00bb el hombro; el movimiento guiado por un plan claro suele rendir mejor que quedarte inm\u00f3vil semanas esperando milagros.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-block\">\n    <h3>\u2753 Preguntas frecuentes<\/h3>\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\n      <div class=\"q\"><span class=\"faq-q-icon\">\u25b6<\/span>\u00bfPuedo acelerar la recuperaci\u00f3n de mi hombro?<\/div>\n      <div class=\"a\">S\u00ed. Seguir el plan de rehabilitaci\u00f3n al pie de la letra, no saltarse sesiones y comunicar claramente los s\u00edntomas al especialista marca una gran diferencia.
