Lo que el fisioterapeuta hace en la sesi\u00f3n es importante, pero lo que el paciente hace entre sesiones con sus ejercicios en casa es lo que realmente marca la diferencia en la velocidad y calidad de la recuperaci\u00f3n. La constancia en el programa de ejercicios domiciliarios es uno de los factores que m\u00e1s acelera la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del hombro.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Sin embargo, el trabajo cl\u00ednico presencial \u2014la terapia manual, las t\u00e9cnicas de movilizaci\u00f3n articular, la electroterapia y la correcci\u00f3n en tiempo real de la t\u00e9cnica de ejercicio\u2014 no se puede reemplazar completamente con ejercicio en casa. Lo \u00f3ptimo es la combinaci\u00f3n: sesiones dirigidas m\u00e1s ejercicio domiciliario consistente.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"callout\">\n      <div class=\"callout-icon\">\ud83c\udfcb\ufe0f<\/div>\n      <p><strong>La rehabilitaci\u00f3n es parte de la cirug\u00eda, no un extra opcional.<\/strong> El resultado de un procedimiento artrosc\u00f3pico exitoso depende en gran medida de lo que sucede en los meses siguientes al quir\u00f3fano.
