Y si puedo evitar que alguien llegue a necesitar cirug\u00eda con un cambio de h\u00e1bitos, ese es el mejor resultado posible.<\/p>\n\n    <p>El hombro, a diferencia de la rodilla o la cadera, no es una articulaci\u00f3n de carga \u2014no soporta el peso del cuerpo. Su tal\u00f3n de Aquiles es el <strong>uso repetitivo<\/strong> y la <strong>fatiga muscular<\/strong>. Cuando los m\u00fasculos que lo estabilizan se fatigan o se debilitan, la cabeza del h\u00famero no queda bien centrada y los tendones empiezan a sufrir.
