Pero postergar la consulta cuando el hombro realmente necesita atenci\u00f3n puede convertir un problema tratable en algo mucho m\u00e1s complejo.<\/p>\n\n    <p>El hombro es una articulaci\u00f3n que \u00abaguanta\u00bb mucho. Los tendones no tienen terminaciones nerviosas, as\u00ed que el da\u00f1o puede avanzar sin que el dolor aumente proporcionalmente. Cuando el dolor ya es lo suficientemente intenso como para buscar atenci\u00f3n, en muchos casos la lesi\u00f3n lleva semanas o meses evolucionando.
