La fisioterapia dirigida a fortalecer los m\u00fasculos estabilizadores del hombro \u2014especialmente el serrato anterior y los m\u00fasculos del manguito rotador\u2014 y a mejorar la mec\u00e1nica del movimiento es el pilar del tratamiento. Los antiinflamatorios y las infiltraciones de corticosteroides en la bursa subacromial ofrecen alivio r\u00e1pido del dolor y permiten que el paciente participe mejor en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n    <p>La cirug\u00eda artrosc\u00f3pica (acromioplastia) se reserva para los casos que no mejoran tras 3 a 6 meses de tratamiento conservador bien dirigido, o cuando existe un espol\u00f3n acromial significativo que no puede resolverse de otra forma. Es un procedimiento m\u00ednimamente invasivo con alta tasa de \u00e9xito y recuperaci\u00f3n relativamente r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"callout\">\n      <div class=\"callout-icon\">\ud83c\udfc3<\/div>\n      <p><strong>El ejercicio es el tratamiento:<\/strong> En el pinzamiento subacromial sin espol\u00f3n significativo, un programa de fisioterapia bien dise\u00f1ado puede eliminar completamente los s\u00edntomas sin necesidad de cirug\u00eda.
