Y tiene una explicaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica muy clara: subir escaleras exige mucho m\u00e1s esfuerzo del cu\u00e1driceps y genera una presi\u00f3n significativamente mayor sobre la r\u00f3tula que simplemente caminar.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puede estar causando ese dolor?<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Condromalacia rotuliana:<\/strong> El cart\u00edlago detr\u00e1s de la r\u00f3tula est\u00e1 irritado o desgastado.
