Esto es una emergencia.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Inflamaci\u00f3n s\u00fabita muy intensa despu\u00e9s de un trauma:<\/strong> Puede ser una fractura o rotura ligamentaria grave.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Rodilla caliente, roja y muy dolorosa sin causa aparente:<\/strong> Puede ser gota o un proceso inflamatorio sist\u00e9mico.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Imposibilidad de cargar el peso sobre la pierna.<\/strong><\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>Manejo inicial en casa<\/h3>\n    <p>Mientras se consigue una valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, la regla PRICE ayuda: <strong>P<\/strong>rotecci\u00f3n (evitar el movimiento que duele), <strong>R<\/strong>eposo relativo, <strong>I<\/strong>ce (hielo 15-20 min cada 2 horas), <strong>C<\/strong>ompresi\u00f3n con vendaje el\u00e1stico y <strong>E<\/strong>levaci\u00f3n de la pierna.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-block\">\n    <h3>Preguntas frecuentes<\/h3>\n    <div class=\"faq-item\">\n      <div class=\"q\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo puede durar la inflamaci\u00f3n de una rodilla?<\/div>\n      <div class=\"a\">Una inflamaci\u00f3n por sobrecarga o golpe menor suele bajar en 3-7 d\u00edas.
