Minimally Invasive Shoulder Surgery
Is a procedure that should be performed when there is:
- Rotator cuff rupture.
- Instability and dislocations (shoulder pain).
- Shoulder osteoarthritis.
- Acromioclavicular dislocation.
- Shoulder fractures.
- Severe movement limitation.
Surgery is performed in an average of 2 hours.
With minimal pain and faster recovery.

Most common shoulder problems
Is an inflammation of the shoulder bursa, which causes pain at the slightest movement.
It is an inflammation of the rotator cuff and/or biceps tendon due to wear and tear or degenerative disease.
Torn tendon
These tears can be minor or they could completely damage the tendon, splitting it into two pieces.
When the head of the arm bone pops out of the shoulder socket it is known as instability. This can be caused as a result of an accident or overuse.
It’s common for symptoms such as inflammation, pain and stiffness to appear in middle age. It develops slowly and as time passes the pain generated worsens.
Occurs when the upper part of the scapula exerts considerable constant rubbing on the underlying soft tissues.
Other causes of shoulder pain
Tendons are structures composed of a large number of fibers, which are interposed between the bones and the muscle bellies.
A degenerative joint disease that causes wear and tear of the articular cartilage.
Caused by an injury near the root of a nerve in the spinal cord (spinal nerve).
It is the total or partial breakage of a bone due to various causes; most commonly it is due to an accident, or a sports injury.
Causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder. With the passage of time, it generates great difficulty in moving the shoulder.
Shoulder tumors are very infrequent, so their characterization and differential diagnosis can be a challenge in our daily practice.
